General Bookings

Do not book an appointment if:

  • You are under the age of 18
  • You are pregnant or breast feeding
  • You are taking blood thinning medications
  • You have taken Roaccutane within the last 6 months
  • You have any viral infections or diseases
  • You have a previous tattoo and have not had approval to book in

Booking Fee

Your booking fee is taken to secure your appointment, and is non-refundable.

If you cancel your appointment for any reason, you will lose your booking fee. If rescheduling, read the rescheduling policy below.

You are required to give 72-hours’ notice if rescheduling your appointment otherwise you forfeit your booking fee and will be required to pay another booking fee if booking again.

Touch-ups are extremely important to the overall result of your cosmetic tattoo procedure. for brows the appointment must be made 4-6 weeks after the initial appointment and lips 6-8 weeks otherwise a higher price may incur.

No Show Policy
Any client that does not show for a scheduled appointment will forfeit their booking fee and will be required to pay for any future appointments in full before being rescheduled.

We cannot take you if you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment. This will be considered a no-show. You may schedule a new appointment, but will need to pay in full before being rescheduled.

Please notify us on booking of any medical condition prior to your treatment as some treatments may not be appropriate for you. If you are on topical skin medication, activated skin creams/ serum/ cleanser or acne medication you must make us aware prior to booking. If deemed unsuitable and no notice was given you will not be refunded your booking fee.

Permanent make up is not suitable for everyone. We cannot guarantee successful results on 100% of our clients, especially those with problem skin. We do not offer refunds as we have carried out the treatment at a cost to ourselves.

Gift Vouchers
Please note, all gift vouchers are non-refundable. You may transfer ownership.

Training Courses

Cooling Off Period
You have a 48-hour cooling off period from the date of booking to request a full refund. After this period, deposits or fees paid are non-refundable.

If you need to reschedule your training session, you must provide a minimum of 3 weeks’ notice, unless otherwise agreed upon. Failure to give proper notice may result in forfeiture of your deposit.

Full Payment
The full amount for the training course must be paid 14 days prior to the scheduled start date. Failure to make the payment on time may result in the cancellation or postponement of your training course.

If you fail to attend the training session without prior notice, you will be liable to make payment in full to Arch Cosmetic Studio.

Training Materials
All training manuals and resources provided during the course are the property of Arch Cosmetic Studio and are not to be shared or distributed to others without explicit permission.

Course Content and Modifications
Arch Cosmetic Studio reserves the right to modify the content of the training courses, and any such changes will be communicated to enrolled individuals in a timely manner.

Attendance and Punctuality
Punctuality and regular attendance are crucial. Repeated tardiness or unexplained absence may result in consequences outlined by Arch Cosmetic Studio.

Student Conduct
Participants are expected to maintain professional conduct during the training. Disruptive behavior or violation of ethical standards may result in dismissal without a refund.

Intellectual Property
Techniques, processes, and materials taught during the training are the intellectual property of Arch Cosmetic Studio and cannot be replicated or used for commercial purposes without explicit permission.

Cancellation by Arch Cosmetic Studio
Arch Cosmetic Studio reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a training course due to unforeseen circumstances, insufficient enrollment, or other reasons beyond our control.

Photography and Promotion
Participants acknowledge that photographs taken during the training may be used for promotional purposes by Arch Cosmetic Studio on its website, social media, or marketing materials.

Liability Waiver
Participants attend the training at their own risk, and Arch Cosmetic Studio is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during the sessions.

Confidentiality Agreement
Participants agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information or trade secrets shared during the training, both during and after the course duration.

Refund Policy for Withdrawal
Requests for a partial refund in case of withdrawal after the cooling-off period but before the training commences will be considered at the discretion of Arch Cosmetic Studio. The decision will be based on individual circumstances, and factors such as the timing of the withdrawal and any costs incurred by Arch Cosmetic Studio in preparation for the training. Participants are encouraged to communicate any withdrawal intentions promptly to discuss potential options. Arch Cosmetic Studio reserves the right to determine the amount of the partial refund, if any.

By enrolling in our training courses, you understand and agree to comply with all training guidelines and expectations set forth by Arch Cosmetic Studio.

Retention Guarantee

To be eligible for our Retention Guarantee, clients must adhere to the following terms and conditions:

Timely Concern Resolution: Any issues or concerns regarding the results of the cosmetic tattooing must be addressed within 12 weeks from the initial procedure. Beyond this timeframe, the natural progression of fading may occur.

Before Care and After Care Compliance: Clients must diligently follow all before care and aftercare instructions provided by our studio. Proper care ensures optimal healing and helps maintain the longevity of the tattoo.

Routine Touch-Up Appointment: Clients must schedule and attend their routine 4-6 week touch-up appointment. This touch-up session allows us to refine and enhance the initial results, ensuring long-lasting satisfaction.

Skin and Blood Issues: Please note that certain skin or blood conditions may affect the retention of the tattoo. If the client has any known issues, we will inform them during the procedure. In such cases, the guarantee may be void.

Normal Fading and Softening: While we strive for perfection, it’s important to understand that fading or softening of the color is considered normal over time. The Retention Guarantee is subject to the discretion of the tattoo artist, taking into account the natural progression of the tattoo.
