How Do I Claim?

Retention Guarantee

I’m incredibly confident that you’ll achieve excellent retention, so much so that if you have any retention issues we will fix it for free!

To be eligible, you must:

  • Follow all before care and aftercare instructions diligently.
  • Must attend their routine 4-6 week touch-up appointment.
  • Any issues must be addressed within 12 weeks from the initial procedure.

The Retention Guarantee is subject to the discretion of the tattoo artist, taking into account the natural fading/softening progression of the tattoo.
